Subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below, we warrant the completed waterproofing work against water leakage for the stated warranty period.
Terms and Conditions
  1. The warranty is applicable only to the specific area and waterproofing system mentioned in this card.
  2. The customer must maintain the treated area and avoid unauthorized alterations, drilling, or damage to the waterproofing layer.
  3. The warranty does not cover structural cracks, settlement, plumbing defects, leakage from adjoining areas, natural disasters, or damage caused by third parties unless specifically agreed in writing.
  4. Any leakage complaint must be reported to the company in writing within a reasonable period after detection.
  5. Inspection and rectification, if required, will be carried out after verification of the cause of leakage.
  6. The warranty is valid only after all agreed payments have been received.
  7. This warranty is subject to the signed quotation, work order, and agreed scope of work.
